Restek MXT-Alumina BOND/Na₂SO₄ PLOT Metal GC Column

The Restek MXT-Alumina BOND/Na₂SO₄ is engineered for high-performance C1–C5 hydrocarbon and halocarbon analyses in demanding refinery, process, and field GC applications. Its optimized Na₂SO₄-deactivated alumina stationary phase provides excellent selectivity for saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbon isomers while delivering highly reproducible retention and quantitative performance. Manufactured from Siltek®-treated stainless steel tubing, it combines outstanding mechanical durability with the ruggedness required for continuous industrial operation.

Recommended for the purity analysis of C1–C5 hydrocarbons, including ethylene, propylene, butenes, and halocarbons.
Provides excellent separation of butene isomers, making it ideal for impurity analysis in butene process streams.
Na₂SO₄-deactivated alumina stationary phase minimizes surface reactivity, improving response for polar unsaturated hydrocarbons, such as dienes.
Delivers excellent sensitivity with linear, quantitative chromatographic performance for saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbon isomers.
High sample capacity produces sharp, symmetrical peaks, making the column suitable for both major component analysis and ppm-level impurity determinations.
Stable to 200 °C and can be regenerated by conditioning at the maximum operating temperature following moisture exposure.
Manufactured from Siltek®-treated stainless steel tubing, offering exceptional resistance to shock and rough handling for demanding field and process GC environments.
Available in compact 3.5-inch coil or 7-inch, 11-pin cage configurations for installations where space is limited.
Every column is individually tested to ensure reproducible retention times, predictable flow characteristics, and consistent chromatographic performance.
