LCTech ELUFIX Standard Glass SPE Columns for Mineral Oil Hydrocarbon Analysis

LCTech ELUFIX Standard glass columns are ready-to-use solid-phase extraction (SPE) clean-up columns designed for the determination of the mineral oil hydrocarbon index (H53 method) according to DIN EN ISO 9377-2. They are also suitable for hydrocarbon analysis in soil samples according to DIN EN ISO 16703. The columns provide reproducible sample preparation and efficient removal of interfering matrix components prior to chromatographic analysis.

Manufactured from high-quality glass with PTFE components, the ELUFIX Standard columns minimize interactions with analytes and reduce the risk of contamination from column materials. Pre-filled with defined quantities of Florisil and anhydrous sodium sulfate (Na2SO4), they eliminate manual sorbent packing and support standardized laboratory workflows. Batch-specific certificates document suitability testing and performance according to EN ISO 9377-2. Special protective packaging is available for reduced blank contamination and, depending on the product version, sample preparation without prior conditioning.
