LCTech AflaCLEAN Immunoaffinity Columns for Aflatoxin Analysis

LCTech AflaCLEAN immunoaffinity columns (IAC) provide highly selective sample clean-up for the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 in food and feed products. Based on specific antigen-antibody interactions, the columns selectively retain target aflatoxins while interfering matrix components are removed during washing. This enables high analyte recovery, reproducible results and reliable quantification using HPLC or LC-MS/MS.

The AflaCLEAN product range includes standard 3 mL immunoaffinity columns for multi-aflatoxin analysis and compact AflaCLEAN M1 SMART columns for aflatoxin M1 determination in dairy products. High antibody specificity, excellent matrix tolerance and a shelf life of up to 24 months make AflaCLEAN suitable for routine food safety testing, accredited laboratory workflows and automated sample preparation.
