Rtx-Mineral Oil GC Columns

Routine mineral oil monitoring demands rapid screening, exceptional thermal durability, and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions. Rtx-Mineral Oil columns were developed specifically for laboratories performing hydrocarbon index analysis according to DIN EN ISO 9377-2, combining optimized dimensions with a unique surface-linked stationary phase for dependable long-term operation. Individually tested for bleed, every column is qualified to deliver consistent performance even at temperatures approaching 400 °C.

Application-specific column optimized for mineral oil screening in water and solid sample extracts.
Fully compliant with DIN EN ISO 9377-2:2000 requirements for hydrocarbon index analysis.
Optimized column dimensions provide fast analysis while maintaining excellent chromatographic performance.
Available with 0.10 μm film thickness as the reference configuration for the method, while the 0.15 μm version improves separation of C10 from the solvent peak when larger injection volumes are used.
Unique surface-linked stationary phase delivers outstanding robustness, extended column lifetime, and excellent resistance to high-temperature operation.
Every column is individually tested for bleed to ensure reliable performance under extreme analytical conditions.
Temperature range: -60 °C to 400 °C (380 °C isothermal, 400 °C programmable)
