Sample Loops

In Liquid Chromatography (LC), Sample Loops play a crucial role in achieving accurate and reproducible sample injection volumes. They are an essential part of the Autosampler and injection valve system. Different materials and designs of sample loops are available to match specific LC System and Valve requirements, particularly in terms of chemical compatibility and pressure resistance.

PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) Sample Loops are widely used in biocompatible or bio-inert HPLC systems, especially in applications involving proteins, peptides, and biomolecules. PEEK is a high-performance polymer that offers excellent chemical resistance and mechanical stability.

Stainless Steel Sample Loops are the standard choice for high-pressure HPLC and UHPLC applications. They are highly durable and can withstand the extreme pressures generated in modern chromatographic Systems.
