Rtx-1 PONA is a purpose-designed GC column for detailed hydrocarbon analysis of gasoline and petroleum products. Its Crossbond® 100% dimethyl polysiloxane stationary phase is engineered to deliver the resolution and retention characteristics required by ASTM and CGSB methodologies, while minimizing hydrocarbon co-elutions and maintaining excellent peak symmetry. Capable of resolving hundreds of individual hydrocarbons without cryogenic cooling, Rtx-1 PONA provides laboratories with a reliable and reproducible solution for demanding PONA and DHA applications.The measured values for retention (k), efficiency (n), and stationary phase selectivity (RI) are controlled so that each column exceeds the requirements of the ASTM and CGSB methods.
