Thermo Scientific offers a broad, well-established family of HPLC and UHPLC columns tailored for a wide range of analytical tasks, from routine QC/QA through advanced method development, LC-MS coupling and biomolecule separations.
The Hypersil GOLD columns are built on high-purity, fully end-capped silica and designed for excellent peak shape across reversed-phase, ion exchange, HILIC or normal phase modes. They offer robust performance in applications requiring versatile selectivity or routine chromatographic work.
The Hypersil BDS (Base Deactivated Silica) series is targeted at general-purpose reversed-phase analyses, especially for QC/QA labs. The base-deactivated surface improves reproducibility, particularly for basic compounds, by reducing silanol interactions.
The Accucore brand utilises superficially-porous particle technology to deliver high resolution and high speed separations with comparatively lower back-pressure than fully porous sub–2 µm particles.
The Acclaim line is based on conventional fully-porous silica but with advanced bonding chemistries to provide complementary selectivity, high efficiency and symmetrical peaks.
The Hypercarb column uses 100% porous graphitic carbon as the stationary phase, which enables retention and separation of highly polar species in both reversed-phase and “HILIC-like” modes and offers wide pH stability.
